Once your company is approved, your loan officers can take our training and get approved to reserve our first-mortgage and downpayment assistance loans.
Loan Officers: Get Started with Training
If your company is a participating lender, start by taking our Initial Training for Homeownership Professionals. You’ll be approved to originate our loans, and if you take the second part of the training, to teach homebuyer education classes.

The Commission has aligned homeownership program requirements with other state housing finance agencies (HFAs) to make it easier to partner with lenders in providing affordable home mortgage loans and down payment assistance to lower-income and underserved home buyers.
