Use this online form to add a new class. Classes are approved within 7 to 10 business days.
If it has been less than a year since completion of the Commission Home Loan Programs & Homebuyer Education Instructor training, you may add your name and training date. If you cannot remember your training date, please insert today’s date.
If it has been more than a year since completion of the Commission Home Loan Programs & Homebuyer Education Instructor training, you need to close, and we have purchased a recent Commission loan before instructing a homebuyer education class.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the Commission to process new class requests. Updates to existing classes may take up to five business days.
Just sign up for our Initial Training for Homeownership Professionals on our Training page. After completing the two half-days of training, you’ll be approved to teach Commission-sponsored homebuyer education classes.
Keep in mind, you will need a teaching partner. All our classes are taught in tandem by both a lender and a real-estate professional. We can help you find a co-instructor, if you need one!
Class certificates, evaluation and participant registration forms are emailed to you the evening that your class is approved.
