As of 2:00 pm PST, Friday, November 22nd through 8:00 am PST, Monday, November 25th, our internet network system will experience downtime due to moving IT equipment to another floor.

What does this mean to me:

1) The Lender Online System will still be availabe with no interruptions, including new loan reservations, uploading loan documents and reviewing loan status.

2) Homeownership staff will not be able to process or review the following as indicated in the time frame above:

Review or approve loan files

Reservation lock changes

Reservation program changes

Reservation Extensions

Rate buydown requests

Covenant document reviews

Employment change notices

We will process and review as soon as possible Monday, November 25th.
