Effective May 28, 2025, the Commission will be adopting the 2025 80% Area Median Income Limits (AMI) on our Home Advantage and House Key HFA Conventional Loans.
Further AMI details are outlined in Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s announcements. Please read each in its entirety.
The 2025 80% Area-Median Income Limits for our conventional programs will be posted shortly on our rates page under the Home Advantage and House Key programs on our website for your convenience.
