The current allocation for the Clark County Downpayment Assistance Program has been fully reserved as of today.
We are taking a very small wait list for canceled reservations. If you have someone in your pipeline email Dietrich Schmitz to get your borrower on the wait list.
We will provide an update as we know more.
Also, keep in mind we have other downpayment assistance progams that may work for your borrower.
