The Washington State Housing Finance Commission applied to become an approved seller servicer with Freddie Mac and is working on applications with Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae. The goal is to enhance the Program Loan delivery model and to best support the efficiency and viability of the Commission’s programs.

In order to make this shift from a master serviced-model to a sub-serviced-model through Idaho Housing & Finance Association, Participating Lenders must execute the attached Amendment to the Mortgage Origination Agreement by October 6, 2025.

The Commission will continue to retain Idaho Housing & Finance Association as sub-servicer who will purchase, pool, and service Program Loans.  Please continue to deliver loans as you have currently.

Any changes to delivery instructions, including new endorsements and the Commission’s MERS number, will be forthcoming in the near future.
