Don’t miss the upcoming training on income analysis – liquidity, distributions, analysis of less than 25% ownership, and so much more.
The training will cover:
• How to establish liquidity when the Schedule L is blank.
• Discover the different types of documentation that can be used to determine liquidity.
• How can a borrower withdraw more than they earned? What if they are showing a loss? Learn when this is acceptable and when it could be a red flag.
• Learn to analyze K-1 forms for borrowers with less than 25% ownership and when to use that income.
• Are distributions higher than ordinary income?
