This session will cover:
- How the free web-based Income Calculator easily calculates income for borrowers with self-employment and rental property income.
- Identifying how to maximize the borrower’s income by utilizing allowable and add-backs not found in 4506-C tax return transcript data, which may result in higher income calculation.
- Determining the qualifying monthly income before submitting to DU.
- Originating with confidence – we offer enforcement of representations and warrantees on the income calculation.
