Just a friendly reminder:
Effective with locks/reservations made on or after January 3, 2023, all Home Advantage Gov’t loans will temporarily be directed to IHFA, until further notice.
To avoid confusion, the LenderOnline reservation system will be updated to clearly reflect that IHFA will be receiving the loan for review and purchase.
Please review your reservations carefully prior to shipping to ensure delivery to the correct servicer.
