Effective immediately.
Due to the increase in repurchase demands, Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) has implemented the following overlays.
For all Freddie Mac loans delivered to IHFA the following will be required within the loan file prior to IHFA purchase:
- Tax Transcripts
- Documentation of the delivery of the Closing Disclosure (CD) to borrowers 3 days prior to closing.
