When you refinance your home or want to pay off your mortgage early, you will need submit a payoff request to your loan servicer (the entity to which you make your mortgage payment.) Learn more about payoffs in our FAQ here.
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission does not service loans or provide these payoff statements. Submit your payoff request directly to your loan servicer. You’ll find their contact information below.
