Housing Counseling and Service Provider Network

Esta es una lista de proveedores de servicios de vivienda, tanto previos como posteriores a la compra, que colaboran con la Comisión en programas de acceso a la vivienda. La mayoría de los servicios de asesoramiento que ofrecen estas agencias son gratuitos. Estas organizaciones cuentan con la aprobación del HUD y/o han recibido formación de Neighborworks, y cuentan con asesores de vivienda experimentados en su plantilla para ayudarle con sus necesidades de asesoramiento. Pueden proporcionarle información sobre crédito, elaboración de presupuestos, preparación para solicitar una hipoteca, planes de ahorro y prevención de impagos y ejecuciones hipotecarias. Muchas de estas agencias conocen muy bien los programas de acceso a la vivienda asequible que existen en todo el estado y, en ocasiones, incluso ofrecen sus propios programas para ayudar con la adquisición de una vivienda, la rehabilitación y la climatización.
