In case you missed the Covenant Homeownership Act Study overview listening session presented by the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) on April 2, 2024, the full study and the overview listening session are available on our website.
The next step is the development of the Covenant Homeownership Program to help homebuyers. The Study findings and recommendations will help shape the eligibility guidelines for the Covenant Homeownership Program to be developed by the Commission which will begin serving homebuyers in July 2024.
