CLARK COUNTY DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
In partnership with Clark County, funding is now available for the Clark County Downpayment Assistance program for borrowers purchasing within Clark County limits
Amount Available:
$1.33 million
Dates of Availability:
Loan reservations will be accepted at 9:00 am PST beginning February 18, 2025 for the Clark County Downpayment Assistance Program.
The Clark County Downpayment Assistance program offer up to $60,000 in downpayment assistance and have a rate of 2% simple interest with deferred monthly payments.
Maximum Income Limits
Household income must not exceed $105,210.
Maximum Purchase Price
$600,000.
The downpayment assistance loan must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage or House Key first mortgage.
