2025 income limits will be in effect as of May 5, 2025 for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:
**Please note: Details regarding the Legislative changes approved April 2025 for the Covenant program will be announced in the next couple of months.
Income limits for the above programs will be updated in each perspective manual and on our DPA webpage.
