A reminder Homeownership staff will be attending Housing Washington September 29 & 30, 2025.
Pre-closing File Review Turn Times and Reservation Lock & Rate Buydown Inquiries:
Next week Homeownership staff will be attending the Commission’s annual Housing Washington conference in Bellevue. All responses may be delayed including file review, document review, reservation lock inquiries and rate buydown requests on Monday, September 29 and Tuesday, September 30. Please plan accordingly.
What does this mean to me?
Please be advised all file and document review turn times may take 2-4 business days next week.
Any rate buydown quote requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible, however, please expect delays in response time.
We will have limited staff on hand and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
