As the Commission moves forward to becoming a seller servicer, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient loan process for all our valued lending partners. As part of this commitment, we would like to announce a change in the delivery requirements for all Freddie Mac Home Advantage, House Key and Covenant first mortgage loans. Please read this announcement in it’s entirety.
What’s Changing? Effective with 1st Mortgage Notes delivered to IHFA on and after January 5, 2026, all Freddie Mac loans must be delivered in compliance with the updated guidelines outlined below. Section 10 in the Home Advantage and House Key Program Manuals and information on our website will be updated beginning of the year. You may also refer to this announcement in our Program Announcements Archives.
This change only affects Freddie Mac Home Advantage, House Key and Covenant first mortgage loans.
MERS CHANGES:
Please assign MERS utilizing the MERS IDs below.
MERS TOS/TOB MERS ID# 1018022 Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
Include as subservicer: MERS ID #1009670 Idaho Housing & Finance Association.
