The Homeownership staff will be attending the Commission’s annual All Staff All Day event on Friday, December 12, 2025.
Homeownership staff will not be available for pre-closing file review, reservation lock inquiries or changes, family document review, process rate buydown requests or rate buydown selections on December 12. Please plan accordingly.
What does this mean to me?
Submit the following by December 11:
- Reservation Lock Changes
- Rate buydown quote requests before 3:00 pm PST
- Rate buydown selection made before 4:00 pm PST.
- Any pre-closing Rush files
Please be advised all file and document review turn times may take 2-4 business days the week of December 15.
