Does your company have a presence or partners in multiple states? There’s a new toolkit to make partnering with state housing finance agencies (like us) even easier!
The HFA1 Affordable Homeownership Lender Toolkit is a new online resource from the National Council of State Housing Agencies that lets lenders partner more easily across states through common standards and practices.
We’re proud to have been a leader in developing this partnership.
And good news: With our partners in other states, the Commission is working to simplify our overlays and make our programs more flexible for you.
