 Please join the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA) for a Lunch & Learn panel discussion featuring timely insights from Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity offers a starter home alternative for first-time homebuyers in Washington’s increasingly unaffordable housing markets. Their permanently affordable developments allow for a new buyer to reap the benefits of homeownership (stable housing payment, modest wealth creation, etc.) at a price that is attainable.
