You are invited to use the Freddie Mac Income Calculator Tool, which helps originators and underwriters to determine if a borrower’s income meets the Guide requirements. It works well in determining if a borrowers fluctuating income is sufficient to qualify for a loan and it provides rep & warrant relief on certain loans.
