Dear Lending Partners:
The Commission is delighted to announce our new loan reservation portal – offering a more intuitive and reliable experience for all!
At 4:00 p.m. Friday April 17, Lender Online will be disabled for new reservations – prior to launch you will receive an email with your access to the new system. Starting Monday April 20, all new reservations will be in the new system. (After April 17, loans in Lender Online will still be available for file uploads and inquiry until loan is purchased.)

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the training.
You’ll learn:
- Navigating the HOTB System to upload a loan application.
- How to make a loan reservation (lock) in the new system.
- Navigating the system to find loan documents.
- Viewing file stages and status.
