Dear Lending Partners:
As we worked through the new lender portal reservation system we became aware of log-in credential permissions for backoffice staff needed to be adjusted. Only loan officer log-in credentials have reservation capabilities.
Our lock policies did not change when the new system was implemented. The name of the loan officer making the loan reservation needs to match the name of the loan officer on the loan application. All backoffice staff permissions have been corrected.
We appreciate your patience as our staff are working diligently in getting all questions answered as soon as possible.
