Dear Participating Lenders,
Currently, to request lock extensions, request changes to a locked loan or a lock cancellation, requests were made utilizing Jotforms on our website.
Effective today, Lock Extension requests, Reservation Change Requests and Lock Cancellation requests can all be submitted directly through Lender Portal.
Once changes have been applied by Commission staff, notification will be made via the Communication Center in Lender Portal.
Lender Portal Guides have been updated to include step-by-step instructions for each process.
Updates to our Home Advantage and House Key manuals will be forthcoming to reflect the above changes.
The Jotform requests for the above will be removed from our website on September 11, 2026.
Please note: Permanent Rate Buydown requests must still be made using the online JotForm found on our website.
