The homeownership staff will be attending a Commission wide off-site event the majority of the day on Monday, August 31, 2026. All responses may be delayed including pre & post file review, family document review, reservation lock inquiries and rate buydown requests. Please plan accordingly.
What does this mean to me?
We will have very limited staff on hand after 10:00 am, Monday, August 31. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible the next business day.
All files and family document review turn times may take up to 4 business days the week of August 31.
All LockDesk requests including: reservation updates, lock extensions and rate buydown quote requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible, however, please expect delays in response time or the next business day.
Note: Complete submitted files can help expedite the review process. We appreciate your patience during this time!
