Wednesday, April 8, a majority of homeownership staff will be attending an all day training event.
All responses may be delayed including file review, document review, reservation lock inquiries and rate buydown requests.
What does this mean to me?
Please be advised all file and document review turn times may take 3-4 business days.
Any rate buydown quote requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible, however, please expect delays in response time.
We will have limited staff on hand and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
