Dear Lending Partners,
The new income limits will be in effect with loan reservations made on or after June 8, 2026 for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:
- Home Advantage Needs Based DPA
- HomeChoice DPA
- Veterans DPA
- Covenant DPA
- Opportunity DPA
Please note: Income limits for King, Snohomish and All Other Counties under the Opportunity DPA program have decreased.
The 2026 65% Area Median Income (AMI) limits for the Habitat/CLT programs will also be in effect for reservations made on and after June 8, 2026.
Income limits for the above programs will be updated in each perspective downpayment assistance manual and on our website shortly.
