New loan reservation system: As of Monday, April 20 all new loan reservations must be made in the new system.
Invites to access the new system were sent out over the weekend and yesterday evening.
The email invite came from info@mail.hotbreservations.com, with a subject line “You’ve been invited to the DPA Lender Portal”, asking you to register for the new system.
Invites were sent to users that were active in the old system.
Do not share your invite with others, the invite is specific to you.
If you were not an active user in the old system you did not receive an invite. If you need backoffice access to the new system, complete and submit this form. Once processed we will reach out.
If you are experiencing issues accepting a lender portal invite or accessing the lender portal from your organization’s internal network, please see below:
The DPA Lender portal requires access to the three following hostnames to function properly. Please forward this notice to your organization’s IT department to ensure that your organization’s internal network allows access to the URLs listed below:
• https://lender.hotbreservations.com
• https://api.hotbreservations.com
• https://cdn.hotbreservations.com
The HOTB DPA Lender Portal requires access to all three hostnames for proper functionality. This functionality includes accepting email registration invites, portal sign-in, and general usage of the system.
If your internal network uses a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) tool, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) tool, performs traffic filtering on client devices, requires users to access internal network resources from a centralized VPN/network which restrict network access, or otherwise performs any outbound traffic filtering your IT dept will need to whitelist the hostnames listed above.
