Online self-study course – $50 per person

In addition to the free virtual and in-person classes offered throughout Washington by local lenders and real-estate professionals, the Commission also accepts a completion certificate from eHome America’s online self-study course.

The cost for this course is $50 per person. If more than one person will be on the home loan, each person on the loan must register with a separate email address and each must pay $50 to receive their own certificate when they complete the course.
